Too loose will cause slipping, resulting in a decrease in compressor speed and insufficient cooling capacity; too tight will aggravate belt wear and cause premature damage to the crankshaft bearing.The oil level of the compressor refrigerating machine oil should be within the specified range. Under normal circumstances, the refrigerating machine oil consumption is very small. If the refrigerating machine oil cannot be seen from the oil sight lens of the compressor, it indicates that the air-conditioning system is leaking and should be repaired in time.
Condenser: In order to ensure that the entire air-conditioning system can work normally and the cooling effect is good, it is very important to keep the surface of the condenser clean.For this reason, the condenser should be cleaned frequently to prevent oil, dirt and other debris from attaching to the condenser.When cleaning, be careful not to knock down the condenser fins, let alone damage the tubes.
Evaporator: An air filter is generally installed at the air inlet of the evaporator. The air filter should be cleaned once a week to prevent dust and debris in the car from adsorbing on the air filter and obstructing air circulation, resulting in insufficient cooling capacity .
Air-conditioning pipelines: always check whether the hoses of the air-conditioning system are worn or aging.A large number of rubber hoses are used in the air-conditioning system. If these hoses are worn out, they will burst when the ambient temperature rises and the refrigeration system is working, causing the refrigerant and refrigerating machine oil to leak out and the air-conditioning system will completely fail.If the hose is broken and the air conditioner continues to run, it will cause a large amount of soil and moisture to enter the compressor and other components, making the entire air-conditioning system scrapped.Therefore, you must check the rubber hose frequently, and deal with it in time if there is wear and tear, wrap the broken parts with cloth, stop using the air conditioner, and send it for repair as soon as possible.
Electrical wiring: often check the circuit condition of the air conditioner to prevent the insulation layer of the wire from fraying.When the insurance of the air-conditioning system is burned out, check the fault first, and then replace the fuse to power on after the treatment is completed. The insurance must not be short-circuited, otherwise the entire circuit may be burned out, and other circuits on the car may be damaged. Adverse effects.
