Working environment: parts, welds, forged dies and curved parts, operating temperature below 500 ° C

TC4
Performance analysis: Poor stamping and good thermoplasticity. Various types of welding are possible, and the strength of the welded joint can reach 90% of the strength of the base metal. Good machining performance, but use of hard alloy, large amount of tools, low speed, proper cooling. Good corrosion resistance and good thermal stability. This is one of the most widely used titanium alloys.
Working environment: Long-term work parts of 400 ° C or less

TC9
Performance analysis: Thermoplastics are still very good. The workability is the same as the workability of the T alloy. High corrosion resistance. Thermal stability is still very good
Working environment: Long-term work area below 400 ° C. Can manufacture compressor plates and blades

TC10
Performance analysis: Poor stamping and good thermoplasticity. Various types of welding are possible, and the strength of the welded joint can reach 90% of the strength of the base metal. The processing properties are the same as those of the T alloy. Has excellent corrosion resistance. Good thermal stability, remarkable heat treatment effect and good curability.
Working environment: Long-term work at 450 ° C or less

TA6
Performance analysis:
Good welding performance, high creep strength, low work plasticity, deformability under high temperature conditions, alloys are not sensitive to cutting under axial load and cutting performance is still good.
Working environment: Parts and welds operate below 400 ° C

TA7
Performance analysis: Poor stamping performance, thermoplastic resin is still good. Various forms of welding can be performed with good performance. The strength and plasticity of the welded joint can be equal to the strength and plasticity of the base metal. The machinability is the same as the machinability of industrial pure titanium. Good corrosion resistance and good thermal stability at high temperatures
Working environment: Structural work for long-term work below 500 ° C can be used for various mold forgings

TA8
Performance analysis: Good thermoplasticity. Various welding is possible, and the weldability is also good. The workability is the same as the workability of industrial pure titanium. Good oxidation resistance
Working environment: Parts for long-term work at 500 ° C or less. Can manufacture engine compressor plates and blades
